What we collect
The public site runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider logs basic request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) to operate and protect the service. If you open a private screening room, the access code you enter is checked to unlock the room. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
Clients and billing
If you commission work, we keep the records of your engagement, invoices, and payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers are collected by Stripe, not by us. The privacy policy of our parent company at softworkstrading.com/privacy applies to client engagement data.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have given us, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. Write to action@pitchfilmstudio.com.
