Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026. Pitch Film Studio is the media production unit of Softworks Trading Company LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This page states what this site collects today, and what our private screening rooms collected while they ran.
This website
The public site runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies. Every page, font, image, and film is served from pitchfilmstudio.com itself, so your browser contacts no other company while you read it. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which logs basic request data (IP address, user agent, and the time of the request) to operate and protect the service. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
Clients and billing
If you commission work, we keep the records of your engagement, invoices, and payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers are collected by Stripe, not by us. The privacy policy of our parent company at softworkstrading.com/privacy applies to client engagement data.
Screening rooms (closed)
Screening rooms were private, invitation-only pages where we presented proposals to prospective clients. They closed on October 23, 2026. Their addresses now lead to a closed page, and nothing is recorded there. While the rooms ran, from July to October 2026, they:
- checked the access code you entered and set a cookie that kept your room unlocked;
- recorded when each invited recipient opened the room, which sections they reached, how long they spent, and their browser's user agent;
- saved the answers a recipient chose to send us from the room;
- sent the prompts a recipient wrote to direct a test image or video to fal.ai, the generation service that made it, counted how many each recipient used, and showed the results from fal.ai's servers;
- posted notices of those opens, answers, and test takes to our internal Slack workspace;
- loaded a typeface from Google Fonts, so Google received the visitor's IP address.
On October 23, 2026 we deleted the activity records, the usage counts, and the Slack notices. We keep the answers a recipient sent us with that engagement's records, as we would an email. Prompts and results sent to fal.ai are held under fal.ai's own terms. If you were invited to a room, you can ask us to delete anything recorded about you.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have given us, except records we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. Write to action@pitchfilmstudio.com.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page, with the date of the current version shown above.
