Last updated: July 13, 2026. Pitch Film Studio is the media production unit of Softworks Trading Company LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using this site or commissioning work from the studio you accept these terms.
The site
This site presents the studio and its work. Screening rooms are private and invitation only; access codes are personal to their recipients and must not be shared. Do not misuse the site or attempt to access rooms you were not invited to.
Client engagements
Production work is delivered under its own engagement documents: a signed agreement, an accepted proposal or statement of work, or an invoice describing the work. Where those documents are silent, the client and billing terms of our parent company at softworkstrading.com/terms apply, including payment, phased billing, acceptance and revisions, ownership of delivered work, warranties, and limitation of liability.
Intellectual property
Site content and studio reels belong to Softworks Trading Company LLC or its licensors. Ownership of commissioned work is set by the engagement documents; on full payment, final deliverables pass to the client as those documents provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules.
